M.5 R2024-216 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-216 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Valley View Lane and Mercer Parkway Pedestrian Crossing in the amount of $290,180; and take appropriate action.
