I. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address the City Council. Persons desiring to address the City Council must fill out a Public Comment Form. Request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. J.3 R2025-075 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-075 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Assignment, Assumption, and Consent Agreement as part of the Demolition/Rebuild Program for a three (3) year property tax incentive for the property located at 12715 Epps Field Road; and take appropriate action. J.5 R2025-071 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-071 supporting the City’s application to the Texas Department of Transportation 2025 Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Call for Projects; and take appropriate action. J.6 R2025-028 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-028 authorizing the City Manager to execute an updated Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Valley View Lane and Mercer Parkway Pedestrian Crossing with the City’s contribution of $55,804; and take appropriate action. K. PUBLIC HEARINGS K.1 ORD-3927 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3927 amending Article 6, “Administration” of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to increase the required notification boundary for public hearings related to zoning cases; and take appropriate action. L. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS L.1 R2025-069 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-069 adopting the City of Farmers Branch Investment Policy; and take appropriate action. L.2 R2025-083 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-083 authorizing the City of Farmers Branch to participate in the TexSTAR Investment Pool and designating authorized representatives; and take appropriate action. L.3 R2025-084 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-084 authorizing the participation of the City of Farmers Branch in the Local Government Investment Cooperative (LOGIC) and designating authorized representatives; and take appropriate action. M. TAKE ANY ACTION NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF THE CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION N.
