A. CALL TO ORDER B. AGENDA ITEMS TMP-3565 Consider approving Library Advisory Board minutes of Regular meeting held on May 06, 2021; and take appropriate action. TMP-3566 Consider excusing board member(s) Rachael Rouse from May 06, 2021 board meeting; and take appropriate action. TMP-3567 Receive Committee Reports - Suggestion Box and Trustees. TMP-3568 Discuss upcoming Library Report to council; take appropriate action if necessary. TMP-3569 Discuss plans for the upcoming Grand Opening and Farmers Branch Night Out at the Library; take appropriate action if necessary. TMP-3570 Receive Library Director’s Report - general updates pertaining to library and its programs. TMP-3571 Discuss future items to be considered for Library Board meetings. C. CITIZEN COMMENTS Citizen comments should be emailed to Denise.Wallace@farmersbranchtx.gov prior to the start of the meeting. The Library Advisory Board is not permitted to act on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Board may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Board Liaison for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. D. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch Manske Library is wheelchair accessible. A barrier -free entry is available at the main entry with specifically marked parking spaces in the west parking lot. The Conference Room is accessible on the main floor of the Library.
