PUBLIC HEARING City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 5/23/2014 Planning and Zoning Commission Electronic Agenda Packet - May 29, 2014 Final C.1 14-ZA-04 Public Hearing: Consider an amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing a new zoning district called Beer and Wine Sales Overlay District and take appropriate action. This new district will allow for the sale of beer and wine for off-premise consumption and establish new regulations and definitions for controlling this new land use. The City of Farmers Branch is proposing the creation of eleven (11) of these Beer and Wine Sales Overlay districts throughout the City. Each of these 11 proposed overlay districts have been identified and described in the information packet. 461 notification letters were sent out to the property owners within, and adjacent to, the proposed overlay districts. C.2 14-SU-04 Public Hearing: Consider the request from Lone Star Motors for a Specific Use Permit for an Indoor Vehicular Sales Business to be located at 14832 Venture Drive and take appropriate action. This Specific Use Permit includes an associated site plan. D. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
