B.3 14-SP-26 Consider a request from Riverside Park LP for a revised Detailed Site Plan for a 4.82 acre tract out of the Samuel F. Brown Survey, Abstract 158, Farmers Branch Texas, generally located 1,800 feet west of the intersection of Luna Road and Royal Lane (more commonly known as 1521 Royal Lane) and take appropriate action.
