REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS TMP-1121 Consider approval of the March 9, 2015 Planning and Zoning Commission minutes. 15-PL-02 Consider a request for final plat approval of Corporate Center 35, Lots 1 and 2, Block A and take appropriate action. 15-SP-03 Consider a request from Pillar Income Asset Management for approval of a Detailed Site Plan for a Multi-Family development consisting of approximately 13.85 acres and containing 495 dwelling units located at 11500 Lago Vista East and take appropriate action. This proposed Detailed Site Plan includes two Special Exceptions. C.
