REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-1414 Consider approval of the August 24, 2015 Planning and Zoning Commission minutes and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 15-SU-11 Consider a request from Donald Jones for a Specific Use Permit to allow the reuse of a portion of an existing warehouse as a Corporate Storage Facility at 4250 McEwen Rd. and take appropriate action. This site is located within the Light Industrial zoning district. This site plan includes two Special Exceptions. E. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
