REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-1471 Consider approval of the minutes of the October 12, 2015 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 15-ZA-03 Consider a request from JPI Real Estate Acquisition LLC., to change the zoning of a 4.11 acre tract from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development No.98 (PD-98) and take appropriate action. This new PD includes a Conceptual Site Plan, which would allow the development of a 334 unit multi-family residential community. This tract is located at 14570 Landmark Boulevard.
