B.3 16-SP-19 Consider a request from CADG Mercer Crossing Holdings LLC for approval of a Detailed Site Plan for a senior housing development (The Gatherings) on a 4.78-acre tract located north of Wittington Place between Luna Road and Chartwell Crest and take appropriate action. C.2 17-PL-01 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request for final plat approval of Qorvo Addition, Lots 1 and 2, Block A and take appropriate action. C.3 17-SU-01 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from Freedom PowerSports to amend an existing Specific Use Permit for a 1.5 acre site located at 13700 Stemmons Freeway and take appropriate action.
