B.2 17-501 Consider approval of the May 22nd, 2017 Planning and Zoning Commission minutes and take appropriate action. C. C.2 17-SU-11 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from Sekisui Specialty Chemical for a Specific Use Permit for a research laboratory located at 1501 LBJ Freeway, Suite 100, and take appropriate action. C.3 17-SU-12 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from Chris Arno/Cordon Wines for a Specific Use Permit for off-premise wine sales located at 13612 Midway Road, Suite 331-1, and take appropriate action.
