B.3 17-SP-15 Consider a request from JPI Real Estate Acquisition LLC for a Detailed Site Plan for a multifamily community on a 14.96-acre site located at 1900 Knightsbridge Road; and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 17-SU-19 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from Clay Hooten for a Specific Use Permit for the construction of a bathroom in an existing detached structure for the property located at 2600 Leta Mae Lane; and take appropriate action.
