This download may be accessed from any computer with Internet access, including computers at the Manske Library and in the lobby of City Hall. Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to City Administration member prior to the start of the meeting. A. STUDY SESSION A.1 Discuss Regular Agenda items. A.2 Discuss the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting schedule for September through December, 2018. A.3 Discuss future Planning and Zoning Commission retreat. A.4 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-2936 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. B.2 TMP-2937 Consider approval of the August 27, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 18-SU-13 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request for a Specific Use Permit amendment including an associated Detailed Site Plan, for a hotel use on an approximate 2.5-acre property located at 12101 Luna Road; and take appropriate action. C.2 18-SU-14 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow an institutional use located at 2711 LBJ Freeway; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT The Planning and Zoning Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item. Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway. Persons with disabilities planing to attend this meeting who are deaf, hearing impaired or who may need auxiliary aids such as sign interpreters or large print, are requested to contact the City Secretary at (972) 919-2503 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
