This download may be accessed from any computer with Internet access, including computers at the Manske Library and in the lobby of City Hall. Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to City Administration member prior to the start of the meeting. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-3001 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. B.2 TMP-3002 Consider approval of the November 12, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. B.3 18-SP-28 Consider a request for a Detailed Site Plan for a fire station and open space improvements located at 13333 Alpha Link; and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 18 SU-17 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request for a Specific Use City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 7/23/2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Agenda December 10, 2018 Permit to allow vehicle sales and leasing (used) located at 14500 East Beltwood Parkway; and take appropriate action. C.2 18-ZA-15 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance including amending: Article 3. Zoning District Dimensional Standards as it relates to measurement and exception standards, and one-family residence and two-family residence bulk, area, siting and dimensional standards; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT The Planning and Zoning Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item. Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
