A.3 19-99 Discuss the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting schedule for March through May, 2019. A.4 19-95 Discuss the Focus North Texas 2019 conference. A.5 TMP-3021 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-3022 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. B.2 TMP-3025 Consider approval of the February 11, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. B.3 19 PL-01 Consider a request from Jefferson Mercer Crossing, L.P., for final plat approval of JPI Knightsbridge Addition, 15.15 acres located on the north side of Knightsbridge Road and approximately 1,200 feet east of Luna Road; and take appropriate action. C.2 18-ZA-12 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request to rezone approximately 4.4 acres located at 4207 Simonton Road from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development No. 103 (PD-103) zoning district allowing including but not limited to retail, commercial and multi-family residential uses and establishing related development standards; and take appropriate action. C.3 18-ZA-13 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request to rezone approximately 8.0 acres located at 4730 Simonton Road from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development No. 104 (PD-104) zoning district allowing including but not limited to retail, commercial and multi-family residential uses and establishing related development standards; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
