A. STUDY SESSION A.1 19-301 Discuss Regular Agenda items. A.2 19-321 Discuss staff time spent related to processing zoning requests. A.3 19-302 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 19-303 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. B.2 19-304 Consider approval of the June 10, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 19-PL-05 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request from American Produce and Vegetable Company and Freshpoint Dallas, Inc for final plat approval of the Freshpoint Addition, a replat of all of Lot D, Block 2 White Swan Addition and part of Block B Metropolitan Industrial Park, Section 1, located at 4721 Simonton Road; and take appropriate action. C.2 19-SU-05 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request for a Specific Use Permit and associated Detailed Site Plan with Special City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 7/8/2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Agenda June 24, 2019 Exceptions for two drive-through restaurants, a surface parking lot exceeding 50 cars, and on-premise alcohol sales located on the eastern portion of the property, for an approximately 1.59-acre tract located at 2425 Valley View Lane; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
