The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the meeting by videoconference and live at City Hall utilizing telephonic capabilities. Any residents wishing to speak are invited to attend the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at City Hall in person or via Zoom if related to the Public Hearing item. B. CITIZEN COMMENTS This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the Commission should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Form and submit it to the Chairman prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The Planning and Zoning Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Director of Planning for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. C. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS C.1 20-608 Nomination and Election of the Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and take appropriate action. C.2 20-573 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. C.3 20-574 Consider approval of the November 16, 2020 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. C.4 20-SP-14 Consider the request for a Detailed Site Plan amendment for an existing office/warehouse building on an approximate 1.84-acre lot located at 13375 N. Stemmons Freeway; and take appropriate action. C.5 20-PL-13 Consider the request from B & R Developers, LLC, Farmers Branch Hospitality, LLC, and Lakxn Income, Inc. for final plat approval of Mira Lago Addition, Lots 1R, 2-5, Block C, located on the south side of Mira Lago Boulevard, east of Luna Road; and take appropriate action. D. PUBLIC HEARING D.1 20-SP-05 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request for a Detailed Site Plan amendment with Special Exceptions for a restaurant/retail development on an approximate 10.18-acre tract located on the south side of LBJ Freeway, approximately 1,200 feet east of Luna Road; and take appropriate action. Accessory Uses and Structures as it relates to accessory buildings and placement requirements; and take appropriate action. E. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
