CITIZEN COMMENTS City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 12/10/2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Agenda December 13, 2021 This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the Commission should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Form and submit it to the Chairman prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The Planning and Zoning Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Director of Planning for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. C. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS C.1 21-561 Consider approval of the Attendance Matrix for the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented; and take appropriate action. C.2 21-562 Consider approval of the November 8, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. C.3 21-PL-03 Consider the request from Jefferson Centura, LLC and Jefferson Centura (Phase 2), LLC, for final plat approval of Jefferson East Branch, Lots 1 and 2, Block A; and take appropriate action. C.4 21-SP-11 Consider the request for a Detailed Site Plan for Presidium, a multi-family development, on approximately 3.78 acres located at 4040 Valley View Lane; and take appropriate action. D. PUBLIC HEARING D.1 21-SU-10 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request for a Specific Use Permit and associated Detailed Site Plan for open storage on an approximate 2.17-acre property located at 13213 Senlac Drive; and take appropriate action. D.2 21-SP-14 Consider a request for a Detailed Site Plan to allow for parking reduction as it relates to the Development Standards for Planned Development District No. 32 (PD-32) on an approximate 4.787-acre property located at 12200 N Stemmons Freeway; and take appropriate action. E.
