Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to The Chairman member prior to the start of the meeting. A. STUDY SESSION A.1 22-152 Discuss Regular Agenda items. A.2 22-153 Discussion regarding the February 17, 2022 Planning & Zoning Commission Retreat. A.3 22-154 Discuss cancelling the March 7, 2022 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. A.4 22-156 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. CITIZEN COMMENTS This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the Commission should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Form and submit it to the Chairman prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The Planning and Zoning Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Director of Planning for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. C.4 22 PL-03 Consider the request from PHP 12200 Venture, L.P. and 12200 Stemmons Freeway Holdings Co., L.P., for replat approval of Interchange North Business Park, addressed at 12200 Stemmons Freeway; and take appropriate action C.5 21-SP-18 Consider the request for a Detailed Site Plan for Elm Branch, a one-family attached or townhome development, on approximately 3.43 acres tract of land located at 12877 Josey Lane, generally west of the intersection of Valley View Lane and Josey Lane and on the south side of Valley View Lane; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
