This download may be accessed from any computer with Internet access. Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to The Chair member prior to the start of the meeting. A. STUDY SESSION A.1 23-443 Discuss Regular Agenda items. A.2 23-405 Discuss Planning and Zoning Commission Landscaping subcommittee. A.3 23-402 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. CITIZEN COMMENTS This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the Commission should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Form and submit it to the Chairman prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The Planning and Zoning Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Director of Planning for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. D. PUBLIC HEARING D.1 ORD-3805 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request to adopt The Farmers Branch 2045 Plan, amending the City’s comprehensive plan, as previously amended, and preserving and making the IH-35E Corridor Vision Study part of The Farmers Branch 2045 Plan; and take appropriate action. D.2 23-ZA-04 Conduct a public hearing and consider the request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to define “Mall” as a use within the City and adopting regulations applicable to such use, including but not limited to amending: Article 2 “Zoning Districts and Uses,” Article 4 “Site Development Standards,” and Article 7 “Definitions” and take appropriate action. E. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
