Consideration of approval of the INTRODUCTION of an Ordinance amending the Farmington Hills Code of Ordinances, Chapter 8, “Business Licensing,” Article II, “Smoking Lounges,” Division 3, “Operation,” Section 8-63, “Standards of Conduct and Special Permits,” to allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages in smoking lounges. 11.
