Public Notice City of Middletown Citizens’ Advisory Committee On or before November 29, 2021, the City of Middletown will submit to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) its 2020-2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER details how the City of Middletown used Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding during the 2020-2021 program year to address community needs and priorities identified in the City of Middletown’s Five-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. In accordance with the provisions of 24 CFR 570.570(a)(3), the City will have The CAPER available for public review and comment beginning on November 10, 2021 in the Department of Economic and Community Development Office, Room 202 of the Municipal Building located at 245 Dekoven Drive in Middletown, CT. The report will also be available online at: http://www.cityofmiddletown.com/306/Community-Development Written comments on the report may be submitted to the Department of Economic & Community Development through November 24, 2021. In addition, The City of Middletown’s Citizen Advisory Committee will be conducting a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 to solicit comments on the 2020-2021 CAPER.
