Presentation and update on stormwater projects (David Sypher) Action Requested of Council: Information only. Background/Rationale: Severe storms in 2010 and 2013 coupled with a new Stormwater Master Plan initiated a concerted effort by the City to address identified stormwater needs. The City Council requested analysis of alternatives for cost effective solutions to the items identified in the master plan as well as allocated funds on February 4, 2014 to address certain reoccurring flooding locations throughout the city. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COUNCIL BUSINESS 2. Discussion of and direction to voting delegate and alternate voting delegate regarding the resolutions and policy statements being presented at the 2014 New Mexico Municipal League Annual Business Meeting (Mayor) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLOSED MEETING 3. To receive advice from the City’s legal counsel with regard to a matter of pending litigation (Frank Dart vs. City of Farmington) pursuant to Section 10-15-1H(7) NMSA 1978.
