Roll Call and Convening the Meeting (Mayor) 2. Presentation of proposed golf course fees (Natalie Spruell) Action Requested of Council: Approve the proposed fees. Background/Rationale: At the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs (PRCA) Commission’s recommendation, staff conducted comprehensive reviews of fees along with regional comparative analysis for the various parks, fields and facilities and presented their recommendations to increase some fees to the Council in December, 2022. Piñon Hills Golf Course was still under construction at that time and it was decided to bring back golf fees after the course was fully reopened. The PRCA Commission voted unanimously to accept the proposed golf fees at their meeting in May and to forward the recommendation to City Council. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed fees.
