Background/Rationale: Proposals for the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) public service projects (Community Works) opened on June 29, 2023 with 5 offerors participating. The qualifying offerors will present in order as listed below for potential funding: (a) Childhaven (b) Convicted by Christ (c) Masada House (d) San Juan County Partnership $27,187.71 total is available in CDBG-CV funds for award. Direction to staff and award is scheduled for the July 25, 2023 regular City Council meeting. 3. Strategic planning for the Community Transformation and Economic Diversification (CTED) Fund.
