on without discussion with one motion. If any item proposed does not meet
with approval of all Councilors or if a citizen so requests, that item will be heard
in regular order.

8. *Approval of Sixteenth Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement for Detention Center
Services between the City and San Juan County for the purpose
of establishing the day rate of $124.29 for City prisoners (an increase of

9. *Approval of Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-1972 adopting an Infrastructure

production (cultivation) at 408 East Broadway Avenue in the GC, General

(1) Approval of Bid
- construction services for the North Farmington Ditch Improvements
project (Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs) being awarded to
Robins Construction as the sole bid is deemed to be fair and
reasonable and meets specifications ($2,389,180 base bid; refer
to the memorandum contained in the agenda materials for an
Additive Alternative option for up to $2,470,580). Award is
contingent upon grant funding. Bids opened November 26, 2024.
