1. Roll Call and Convening the Meeting:
2. Closed Meeting to discuss request for proposals for an air service operator at Four
Corners Regional Airport, pursuant to Section 10-15-1H(6) NMSA 1978.
3. Proposal: Recommendation from the Chief Procurement Officer to award
the proposal for an air service operator at Four Corners Regional Airport
to SkyWest Airlines, as the sole proposal is fair and reasonable and in the
best interest of the City. The award is contingent upon grant funding and
execution of an agreement. Proposals opened December 30, 2024.

A proposal opening was held on December 30, 2024 for Air Service Operator for the Four
Corners Regional Airport. One offer was submitted.
The name of the business submitting the sole response is SkyWest Airlines, St. George,
UT.
The Central Purchasing Department concurs with the recommendation from the
evaluation committee to award the contract to SkyWest Airlines as a qualified firm
submitting the only responsive proposal which is deemed to be advantageous and in the
best interest of the City. Award is contingent upon grant funding and execution of an
agreement.
