No. 2026-20 between the City and New Mexico Sentencing Commission for funding in the amount of $15,750 for emergency support for domestic violence victims (term to June 30, 2026). -------- 1 8. *Approval of Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-1989 removing uncollectible and unsecured accounts from the City’s list of accounts receivable. --------------------- 2 9. *Approval of Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-1990 removing uncollectible and unsecured utility accounts from the City’s list of accounts receivable. -------------- 3 10. *Approval of Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-1991 approving the East Pinon Hills Boulevard Extension Project (F100102) and requesting funds from the New Mexico Department of Transportation FY2026 Transportation Project Funds (TPF) program for such project 11. Recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission: Acceptance of Consent Agenda: The items marked with an asterisk (*) have been placed on the Planning and Zoning Commission Consent Agenda and will be voted on without discussion. If the item does not meet with approval of all Councilors or if a citizen so requests, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and heard in regular order. *(1) Adoption of the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission as contained within the Community Development Action 1  Summary to approve Petition No. ZC 25-12 from Cameron Tea Development, represented by Cheney-Walters-Echols, Inc., requesting a zone change from the SF-10, Single-Family Residential, District to the PD, Planned Development, District; and approve Petition No. PP 25-13 requesting preliminary plan approval for Bluffview Meadows Estates, a 69-lot subdivision to be located on 9.56 acres of vacant property on Lot 1 of the Candlewyck Estates Subdivision, subject to: (a) street parking along South Dustin Avenue being prohibited; (b) a sidewalk connection between South Dustin Avenue and Camino Rio being required; and (c) a city traffic control study being conducted to determine necessity for traffic calming devices being required for South Dustin Avenue, Camino Rio, Camino Real, Camina Flora and Camina Entrada. The recommendation for Petitions. No. ZC 25-12 and PP 25-13 of the Planning and Zoning Commission passed by a vote of 5-0 on May 15, 2025. (Michael Safrany) ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 *(2) Adoption of the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission as contained within the Community Development Department Action Summary to approve Petition No. SUP 25-24 from Yamileth Polanco requesting a Special Use Permit to allow for a mobile and manufactured home park at 325 East Spruce Street in the MF-L, Multi- Family Low Density, District, subject to: (a) a six-foot high vinyl or wood fence being constructed along the south boundary of the property being required; (b) recreational vehicles meeting the 7-foot side yard setback and 15- foot separation requirements being met; (c) recreational vehicles having their own electric meter separate from the site-built residence being required; (d) recreational vehicles shall tie into the city sewer being required (both sewer connections can connect with a single line); (e) the mobile home park shall remain limited to a maximum of two recreational vehicles; (f) every recreational vehicle shall be given an individual address letter in 4-inch minimum lettering to be posted at each recreational vehicle location; and (g) all conditions being met within a six-month timeline.
