LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD
May 6, 2014
3:00 p.m.
The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 3:00
p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM.
Members Present: Curtis Gurley, Chairman
Darrel Jiles
Emet Rudolfo
City Personnel Present: Rob Mayes, City Manager
Jay Burnham, City Attorney
Terry Page, Fire Chief
Tom Swenk, HR Director
Tim Conyers, HR Business Partner
Andrea Jones, Deputy City Clerk
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m. by Chairman Gurley, who recognized all above-
named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings
were duly had and taken.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of February 4, 2013 as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
OPEN MEETINGS RESOLUTION
Darrel Jiles moved to accept the Open Meetings Resolution as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded.
Motion carried.

Human Resources—none
Members—Darrel Jiles reported on the accretion election of the Electric Utility System Operators
saying that they voted not to join the union.

ADJOURNMENT
Emet Rudolfo moved to adjourn the meeting. Darrel Jiles seconded. Motion carried.
