MINUTES LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD August 5, 2014 3:00 p.m. The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Members Present: Curtis Gurley, Chairman Darrel Jiles Members Absent: Emet Rudolfo City Personnel Present: Mike Sims, Electric Utility Director David Burke, Fire Battalion Chief Tom Swenk, HR Director Tim Conyers, HR Business Partner Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:07 p.m. by Chairman Gurley, who recognized all above- named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings were duly had and taken. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of May 6, 2014 as presented. Curtis Gurley seconded the motion. Motion carried.
