MINUTES LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD November 4, 2014 3:00 p.m. The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Members Present: Emet Rudolfo, Acting Chairman Darrel Jiles Members Absent: Curtis Gurley City Personnel Present: Rodney Romero Terry Page, Fire Chief Tom Swenk, HR Director Tim Conyers, HR Business Partner Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:05 p.m. by Acting Chairman Emet Rudolfo, who recognized all above-named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings were duly had and taken. APPOINTMENT OF MANAGEMENT AND UNION REPRESENTATIVES Darrel Jiles was retained as the Management representative, and Emet Rudolfo was retained as the Union representative. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN Emet Rudolfo moved to elect Curtis Gurley as chairman. Darrel Jiles seconded. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of August 5, 2014 as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded the motion. Motion carried. BUSINESS FROM City Attorney—none Management— none Labor (IBEW and IAFF)—none Human Resources—none Members—none Chairman—none ADJOURNMENT Emet Rudolfo moved to adjourn the meeting.
