MINUTES LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD February 3, 2015 3:00 p.m. The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Members Present: Curtis Gurley, Chairman Darrel Jiles Emet Rudolfo City Personnel Present: Rob Mayes, City Manager Jennifer Breakell, City Attorney Terry Page, Fire Chief Tim Conyers, HR Business Partner Rodney Romero, System Operations Manager Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m. by Chairman Gurley, who recognized all above- named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings were duly had and taken. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of November 4, 2014 as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
