MINUTES LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD May 5, 2015 3:00 p.m. The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Members Present: Darrel Jiles, Acting Chair Emet Rudolfo Members Absent: Curtis Gurley, Chairman City Personnel Present: Rob Mayes, City Manager Terry Page, Fire Chief Tom Swenk, Human Resources Director Rodney Romero, System Operations Manager Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m. by Acting Chairman Darrel Jiles, who recognized all above-named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings were duly had and taken. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Emet Rudolfo moved to accept the minutes of February 3, 2015 as presented. Darrel Jiles seconded the motion. Motion carried. OPEN MEETINGS RESOLUTION Emet Rudolfo moved to accept the Open Meetings Resolution as presented. Darrel Jiles seconded the motion. Motion carried.
