LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD
August 4, 2015
3:00 p.m.
The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at
3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM.
Members Present: Curtis Gurley, Chairman
Darrel Jiles
Members Absent: Emet Rudolfo
City Personnel Present: Tom Swenk, Human Resources Director
Tim Conyers, HR Business Partner
Jennifer Breakell, City Attorney
Luke Lugenbeel, Acting Electric T&D Manager
Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 3:08 p.m. by Acting Chairman Darrel Jiles, who recognized all
above-named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following
proceedings were duly had and taken.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of May 5, 2015 as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded the
motion. Motion carried.

Chairman—Mr. Gurley wanted to remind staff to add the Board re-appointments to the November
agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
Darrel Jiles moved to adjourn the meeting. Curtis Gurley seconded. Motion carried.
