MINUTES LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD February 2, 2016 3:00 p.m. The Labor Management-Relations Board met in regular session on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Members Present: Curtis Gurley Emet Rudolfo, Present via Teleconference Darrel Jiles City Personnel Present: Tom Swenk, HR Director RodneyRomero, Acting FEUS Director Jennifer Breakell, City Attorney Kim Parrish, Administrative Assistant CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:04 p.m. by Chairman Curtis Gurley, who recognized all above-named City Personnel, and there being a quorum of members present, the following proceedings were duly had and taken. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Darrel Jiles moved to accept the minutes of November 3, 2015 as presented. Emet Rudolfo seconded the motion. Motion carried. BUSINESS FROM City Attorney—none Management— none Labor (IBEW and IAFF)—none Human Resources—none Members—none Chairman—none REVIEW LMRB PROCEDURAL RULES Each board member reviewed the procedural rules and did not have any changes or suggestions.
