PARKS, RECREATION, AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION MINUTES OF THE August 20, 2015 MEETING The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs Commission of the City of Farmington met in a regular session on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at the Executive Conference Room, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, NM. Roll call was taken with attendance as follows: Members Present: Patricia Baca Members Absent: Peter Holzem Debbie Cutler Tyson Snyder Ellyn Dimond Leslie Thompson Sherry Galloway Jane Banes Kent Mobley Staff Present: Cory Styron, PRCA Director Corey Freeman Debbie Homer, Administrative Aide Larry Hilliard CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF MINUTES - The PRCA Commission meeting was called to order by Tyson Snyder at 6:15 p.m. A motion was made by Deb Cutler and seconded by Larry Hilliard to approve the minutes of July 16, 2015. The minutes were approved as presented.
