New Business- ACTION: Westbrook Memorial (Presented by Shaña Reeves/Mickey Marquez/Roy Carter). Background: Marshall Alan Westbrook was an employee at PNM San Juan Generating Station (SJGS). He died in Iraq serving our Country. Employees have asked management if a process could be started to move his memorial since there is a potential of SJGS closing in 2022. Request would be to place this memorial in Berg Park in the vicinity of All Veterans Memorial. PNM will pay and supply all the labor to move this memorial and set it up at its new home. IV.
