Approval of Minutes for : (a) Reg. August 19, 2021 PRCA Commission Meeting minutes, III. New Business- (a) PRCA Director, Shana Reeves: Introduction to visitors, Mickey Marquez, and Roy Carter ACTION: 1. Westbrook Memorial (Presented by Shaña Reeves/Mickey Marquez/Roy Carter). Background: Marshall Alan Westbrook was an employee at PNM San Juan Generating Station (SJGS). He died in Iraq serving our Country. Employees have asked management if a process could be started to move his memorial since there is a potential of SJGS closing in 2022. Request would be to place this memorial in Berg Park in the vicinity of All Veterans Memorial. PNM will pay and supply all the labor to move this memorial and set it up at its new home. 2. This is a request from Ms. Ann Marie McCarthy to fund a plaque in memory of her Mother, who was an Army nurse Corps member, a WWII Veteran, and a Cadet Nurse Corps member. Ms. McCarthy’s Father currently has a plaque at the lookout across the river at All Vets Memorial. The request is to place her Mothers plaque in the same area. IV. Unfinished Business V.
