(Tabled from November 12, 2025) 7.0A9 26-0346 Authorization to Execute a Professional Service Contract for the Design of College Lakes Dam Improvements Recommendation: Council authorizes the execution of a professional services contract in the amount of $1,658,000 for the design of the College Lake Dam Improvements to the consulting firm Schnabel Engineering South, PC. A. Loving Company, Goldsboro, NC the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interest of PWC in the total amount of $1,991,500.00, and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its construction. 7.0A24 26-0514 PWC - Approve Bid Recommendation - Grading for the Point of Delivery 5 Recommendation: The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends that City Council approve the construction award recommendation for Grading for the Point of Delivery 5 to BMCO Construction, Inc., Lumberton, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interest of PWC in the total amount of $1,370,000.00 and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its construction. 7.0A25 26-0516 PWC - Approve Bid Recommendation - Two (2) 230KV SF6 Gas Breakers for POD 5 Recommendation: The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends that City Council approve the service award recommendation for Two (2) 230KV SF6 Gas Breakers for POD 5 to Siemens Energy, Inc., Orlando, FL, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interest of PWC in the total amount of $477,800.00 and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its service. 7.0A26 26-0524 PWC - Approve Bid Recommendation - Lift Station 33 Cargill Lift Station Structural Repair Recommendation: The Fayetteville Public Works Commission recommends that City Council approve the construction award for Lift Station 33 Cargill Lift Station Structural Repair to Charles R. Underwood, Inc., Sanford, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and in the best interests of PWC in the total amount of $595,535.25 and authorize the CEO and General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to execute for that purpose the contract for its construction. A.
