Meeting Protocol  Meeting called to order and recognize commissioners in attendance  Monthly approvals are year-month-sequence Opportunities for the public to speak during a Commission Meeting  The public forum occurs immediately after the meeting is called to order and the roll is called. The Chairman or designee will ask if anyone in the Audience wishes to speak on any matter appearing on the agenda. If you do wish to address the commission, please stand and be recognized and follow these rules before speaking: *Please stand, so you can be clearly seen by others in attendance. *State your name and address. *You may speak only on the items on the agenda for a period of time In which the chair feels that you have explained your purpose. If you are in attendance for a specific item on the agenda, You may speak at that time only to the purpose of the agenda item. 2. Regular Meeting adjourned at : The Chairman or designee may take out of order any agenda items with the majority vote of the commission.
