MEETING:
Public FORUM: The Chairman will ask if anyone in the audience wishes to
speak on any matter appearing on the Agenda. If you wish to address the
Board of Health, you must stand and be recognized and follow these rules
before speaking:
1. State your name and address.
2. Approach the center table and either stand or sit. This allows you to be
seen and heard clearly by everyone in attendance.
3. You may speak only on items appearing on the agenda for no more
than (2) minutes.
4. Please state the petition, order, ordinance, or resolution number to
which you refer.

Tiffany Michaud to rescind Order #2021-3 Mandating Testing and
vaccination for employees of Fitchburg Public Schools (adopted in
October 2021)

5. Meeting Minutes:
Approve meeting minutes of March 3, 2022
6. Variance Requests:
17 Eureka St-to replace an existing tub with a walk-in
shower.
Due to the location of the plumbing at this property conversion to a
2” drain would cause extensive work and hardship to the customer.
This communication serves as notice that we will be submitting our
formal application to the state to seek a variance from code 248 CRM
10.10(7)(c)4. The installation will be utilizing a 4” threshold pan and
no more than 2.5 GPM shower head in compliance with variance
guidelines.
