New Business:  Fitchburg Youth Softball Association to give an update on the current status of Coolidge Park and the associated field scheduling.  Kevin Ledger from the Fitchburg Youth Baseball Association to discuss several issues at Park Hill Park the Association would like assistance with including: o Build small bridge over stream to connect 2-fields o Staircase to 3rd base dugout. o Assist in repairing roof of concession stand  Discussion on Policy for Loose Lease Dogs on Athletic Fields.  Beers for Good Request to Reserve and Waive associated fees for the usage of Riverfront Park on June 25, 2016 for the Annual Nashua River Brewers’ Festival.  Beers for Good request to consider the relocation or replacement of a tree in Riverfront Park.  Fitchburg Public Library and Historical Society to request Parks Permit for Monument Park for Freedom’s Way Hidden Treasures event.  John Nault to discuss proposal to build a Rope Guided Trail for the Vision Impaired.  Executive Session for Annual Recreation Director Evaluation.
