New Business:  Proposal by Fun ‘n FITchburg to rename 1st and Railroad Park.  Request by the Blacksmith Arts and Music Festival for the Use of Riverfront Park and the waiving of related fees on October 8th.  Tiffany Lafleur requesting permission to host a Color Run at Coggshall Park on October 9th.
