(This proposed trail would be on Water Division property.) New Business:  Report by the Coggshall Park Disk Golf Club followed by discussion on trash and litter.  Request by the Friends of Coggshall Park to close the Playground at Coggshall Park until proposed safety renovations can be completed.  Request by the Boy Scouts of America Scout Troop 17 to host a Camp Out at Nikitas Field on Nov. 11-13.  Discussion with the Fitchburg Greenway Committee on a proposed park on Rollstone Hill.
