Old Business:  Montachusett Opportunity Council request to host a renaming contest for 1st and Railroad Park. New Business:  Discussion on the state of the exterior fencing of Coolidge Park along John Fitch Highway and the adjacent Parking Lot maintained by Fitchburg State University.  Kenisha Coy to request permission to reschedule Multicultural Festival at Riverfront Park to October, 2017 and to request the associated fee’s be waived.  Request to accept an in-kind donation from the Friends of Coggshall Park to restore the roof of the Coggshall Park Gazebo valued at $22,000.  Request to accept an in-kind donation from the Friends of Coggshall Park to redo floors at the Henry P. Coggshall Memorial Stone House valued at $7,000.  Request to accept and refer to the City Council for approval a grant from the Stanton Foundation for the design of a Dog Park at Coolidge Park.  Discussion on necessary amendments to the current Park and Playground Rules for the City of Fitchburg to address the proposed Dog Park.
