(Request to hold this item till the end of the agenda) New Business:  Park Permit request by Beers for Good for June 24, 2017 at Riverfront Park.  Coggshall Park Disc Golf Club new President Introduction and discussion on trash and related issues.  Request by the Mayor’s office to consider the installation of signage at Monument Park advising residents that dogs are not welcome in the park, individuals should not climb on the statue and not to touch the cannon.  Park Permit requests for Civic Days Events at the Upper Common, Monument Park and Riverfront Park.  The permit will extend for the entire weekend for setup and take down.
