(Tabled May 2, 2017)  Updates by Sam Squailia regarding the little lending libraries proposals for Coolidge Park and Coggshall Park. New Business  Permit request by Community Health Connections for the use of Riverfront Park from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM every Tuesday and Thursday from June through October 2017 for public service and outreach for clinical services.  Discuss the process to review all park rules.  Discuss coordinating site visit to all active use parks to explore signage needs and consolidation.  Request by resident to consider the placement of a portable toilet at Riverfront Park for the summer season.  Vending Permit Request: Juniper Farms  Request from the Mayor’s Office to provide availability for and rules regarding food truck vendors in the parks.
