New Business  Permit Request by the Fitchburg Recreation Department for the Use of Coggshall Park and all affiliated spaces on Saturday, February 10, 2017 for the purpose of hosting the annual Winter Festival. Additionally request special permission to partner with Beers for Good in the use of the Stone House porch as a Beer Garden.  Proposal to install benches at Monument Park.
