City Council Petition 044-18 – (Councilors Squalia and Zarrella, and David Thibault-
Munoz, to postpone the listing of 116-118 Day Street property to the side yard sales
program in order to explore the possibility of creating a Pocket Park to honor abolitionist

Request by Councilor Joel Kaddy for the use of Riverfront Park for the Annual Blacksmith
Festival on September 29, 2018.
Request by Councilor Joel Kaddy for the use of Horses in Riverfront Park for the purpose
of jousting at the Annual Blacksmith Festival
Request by New Patriots Veterans Outreach Center for the use of Crocker Playground on
Sept. 17, 2018 for a fundraiser to include military vehicles, fire trucks and bounce
houses.
Request by Fitchburg State University for the use of Coolidge Park on Sept. 28, 2018 for
2nd Annual color run from 3-8pm.
Request by Fitchburg State University for use of Coolidge Park from 7am to 11:59 pm on
Sept. 28, 2018 for annual homecoming fireworks display.
