DiNatale to relocate the memorial for Marine LCPL Geoffrey Robert Gayor from an island adjacent to Heritage Park on Boulder Drive to Monument Park.  Request by Fitchburg Recreation Department for the use of the Upper Common on October 13, 2018 from 11-2pm for the purposes of hosting a scarecrow building event for decorating the Upper Common.
