(tabled) New Business  Request by Veteran Commissioner for the Board of Park Commissioners to exploring installing lighting at all flag poles in the parks flying the American flag per US Flag Code.  Park use request by SunnySide Organization for the use of Lowe Playground Basketball Courts on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 10am – 7PM for 2nd annual Summer ThrowDown basketball tournament.  Friends of Coggshall Park request for special permission to serve alcohol at Coggshall Park on September 23, 2019.  Park use request by Friends of Fitchburg Dogs for the use of Coolidge Park on August 25, 2019 for 2nd annual Fitchburg Dog Festival. *Please note: Massachusetts Open Meeting Law requires that all topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates must be listed and that the list of topics must be sufficiently specific to reasonably inform the public of the issues to be discussed at the meeting.
